Drinks bar modular cooking suite – small Charvet meets big hotel

A London five-star hotel client of TAG Catering Equipment wanted to upgrade their bar and offer a menu that could be bespoke for event catering and otherwise offer a high-quality selection of snacks and ‘bites’ to the guests.

The issue of limited space, just 3.04m x 2.28m, was dealt with by TAG’s clever design, incorporating a compact Charvet heavy-duty range featuring fryers, griddle, induction hob and plenty of working space with refrigeration underneath.

This is combined with combi oven, more prep space, hand wash sink etc, more undercounter refrigeration and a heated pass, with space for two chefs to work comfortably.
