The results from Restaurant magazine’s annual Readers’ Choice Awards have been revealed following a survey of professional chefs.

Votes are cast in 24 categories and in Best Cooking Ranges, Charvet achieved a “Highly Commended” award for 2020, adding to an existing ‘Chefs Choice’ “Winner” for Charvet, awarded by readers of Restaurant Magazine for the quality of our Modular Heavy-Duty cooking appliances.

This year’s survey collated more than 12,000 individual votes from across the independent and multiple restaurant space giving a true insight into the suppliers of choice for the industry.

“Chefs like using our product and are happy to talk about it and recommend us to their colleagues,” says UK Sales Director Ian Clow.

“In these types of awards, we are up against all the major and much bigger players in our industry. But we have a loyal customer base who appreciate our core values of reliability, consistency and power.

“We also provide what is pretty much one to one tailored customer service including help with design and layout – and all that comes with the benefit of our decades of experience, if the chef or operator needs it; and so, we earn positive feedback.
